Who is Kolo for?
Hosting companies that sell managed WordPress on Enhance and want provisioning, billing, a client portal and support in one suite. We're starting with hosts in the US and Europe.
Can I sell plans that aren't WordPress?
Yes. Kolo works with any Enhance plan, so you can sell email hosting and other websites alongside WordPress.
What does Kolo do in Enhance?
It sets up customers, subscriptions and WordPress sites when orders are paid and checks everything against Enhance every night. Customers can sign in to WordPress admin or their Enhance panel from your portal in one click.
What are the founder deals?

When can I use it?
A small pilot runs first. When version 1 launches, people on the waitlist get access before anyone else, along with the founder deals.
Does it replace WHMCS?
For hosting sold on Enhance, yes: orders, invoices, payments, provisioning, the client portal and tickets. Domain registration isn't part of the first release.
Where does my customers' money go?
Into your own Stripe account. Kolo never holds it, and Stripe charges its usual fees on your account.
Can I move from WHMCS?
Yes. Kolo imports clients, products, services and invoice history from WHMCS. Cards saved in Stripe come with you; cards stored inside WHMCS itself can't be moved, so those customers add theirs again.
Do I need a server for Kolo?
No. Kolo is hosted, so there's nothing to install, patch or upgrade.
Can customers pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Cards run through Stripe, and you can record bank transfers against any invoice.
What's coming after launch?
A mobile app, docs and a knowledge base for your customers, and SMS notifications. Kolo keeps getting new features after that.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set yet. People on the waitlist see it first, along with the founder deals.
Who can see my data?
Each host's data is kept apart from every other host's, and any support access to your account is logged.
